web-sites, for it's real estate Sister Corporation.
Later upgrades include feature like: a virtual "workstation"
featuring remote access to lightning fast information
and tools. Remote access include: brochures, guides,
contracts, tax data, demographics, statistics, valuations,
calculators, and more.

of 1997
ProForce acquired it's second subgroup:
ProForce Software Corporation. This software
manufacturing and distribution business specializes
in real estate products and programs tailored to specific
occupations or trade.
November
of 1998
ProForce Software Corporation created: text-fillable,
digital signature, interactive real estate contracts,
with cutting-edge PDF® core power. Released as Digital
Contracts 4.0 software product, nationwide shipment
began September of 2000.
July
of 1999
ProForce entered e-commerce with four commercial storefronts.
October
of 1999
Z-LAW Software Inc., selects ProForce software products
for national catalog sales.
January
2001
PC Magazine® awards PDF Contract format: "Product
of the Year".
April
of 2001
Freelance Journalist Mike Antoniak's "State-of-the-art
CD-ROM" article appears in "Realtor Magazine®

tools, and other consumer help. Trade
Services Group: maintains e-commerce
storefronts and tech-support systems like "e-tool
bench" and "e-guide videos"for
software end-users Group services, creates and maintains:
guides, tips, downloads, plug-in accessories, streamlined
information, and numerous marketing material and tools,
for our many software merchant partners and consumers.
Product Services Branch:
markets, acquires, trains and supports wholesale distribution
and COOP resale channel partners. Lead by tech-guru Paul
Larson, hologram "liquid-fire" display
equipment and other new technology is used by this branch.
Print Services Division:
provides everything from in-house printing to full-scale
drop-shipping materials. Divisional graphic-art skills
are legendary,
and uses include product: manuals, brochures, catalogs,
CD inserts, software boxes, and more! Facility
Administration Service Team: (FAST)
maintains our potent Intranet, which provides lightning
fast information access to agents of ProForce Real Estate.
