To the original purchaser only, ProForce Software
warrants that the magnetic CD on which the software is recorded
is free from defects in material and workmanship of use and
service under normal conditions for a period of thirty (30)
days from the date of purchase. If during the thirty (30)
day period a defect should occur, the licensees sole remedy
is to return the magnetic CD and a copy of the purchase receipt
to ProForce Software and the magnetic CD will be replaced
without any charge.
ProForce Software , its software suppliers,
distributors, dealers, and authors in no event shall be held
liable for any damages, direct, incidental, or consequential,
such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits,
benefits, use, or data resulting from the installation or
use of the software, or arising out of any breach of any warranty.
ProForce Software in no way recommends the purchase or investment
in any real estate property.
ProForce Software remains the sole owner of
this program and hereby grants to the original purchaser a
nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use the software
and related documentation subject to the terms and conditions
of this license agreement. This program is copyrighted in
the United States with all rights reserved. The customer may
not copy the software or users guide, or use the software
on more than one computer at a time. ProForce Software retains
the right to terminate this license agreement without notice
upon breach of this agreement.
1) What are my ordering options?

order form and mail your information to us. You will need
to fill out all required product information and your payment

- SECURE FAX CHARGE: Fax your completed
order form in plain old paper format. That's it...your side
is done! Automatically, it's converted, secured, and sent

2) What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover and PayPal. We also accept check or money order
by mail.
- ProForce Software will attempt to resolve
any problems as quickly and easily as possible.
- If you are unsure of the content of any software
product title, please contact us >before purchasing<
and ask questions! We are happy to help you verify that
you are purchasing the right software which will meet your
needs.
- After product delivery, we cannot issue a
refund. The software file(s) are on your computer and we
cannot be sure it would be destroyed should you "return"
the software title(s) to us. We must ensure that the publisher
receives the proper royalty for their work and ensure that
their intellectual property is protected.
- Software items purchased from ProForce directly,
and returned within 14 days of date of purchase, are eligible
for ProForce storefront merchandise credit or exchange.
Excluding software defects, which can be returned directly
to ProForce within 30 days from the invoice date, at ProForce's
discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
No merchandise credits or exchanges are allowed after the
aforementioned time periods.
- Custom orders and multiple software licenses
cannot be returned for refund for any reason.
- Provided you meet the terms and conditions
listed below, you may exchange or return an item for merchandise
credit.
- Please allow 15 business days from the date
you send any package to ProForce for returns to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
- An open-box or broken CD-ROM seal product
is only exchangeable for same item exchange and may not
be returned for a refund.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number*. Exchanges and merchandise
credits cannot be processed without one.
- An RMA must be requested
within 14-days of the original invoice date. Thereafter,
all sales are final.
- The returned package must be received within
10-business days of the RMA issued date.
- RMA numbers are valid for seven 7-days from
date of issuance. Returns should be shipped to the address
given by the ProForce Customer Satisfaction Department along
with the RMA number.
- The RMA number must appear on your return
packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the
box.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
- All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to
a-15 percent restocking fee.
- All products are sold with the terms and
policies of the specific software vendor where you purchased
the product. Please note: Purchases from third party Internet
download software vendors return policies must be obtained
from the individual reseller, not ProForce.
- You must indicate why you are returning the
merchandise. Carefully and securely repack the item using
the original packaging if possible. Be sure to include all
parts.
- For your protection, we suggest you insure
the package via US Mail or UPS. Save the receipt for your
records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can
be credited.
- You are responsible for all freight charges.
However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary
freight charges (relevant to that item) if product is damaged
or defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
- All items must be returned in "as new"
condition in the original sealed and unopened packaging
and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user's
manuals, if any.
- Please note all returns conditions
listed below, prior to proceeding with any return.

will try to issue the processing stop-order before

After final shipment, the posted storefront policy
and terms shall prevail.
We reserve the right to review and cancel any order

in a download delivery format. This means that once
you complete your purchase, you will be able to download
your software immediately.
All other products are available as
packaged software only (and the above titles can also
be delivered via packaged CD.

3) You will be asked to create a user
name and password. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE THESE
DOWN - YOU WILL NEED THEM TO GET YOUR SOFTWARE.

You will have to choose a shipping option.
However, no shipping charge will be charged to your
order and you will still be able to download the software
immediately upon order completion.
