Dear ProForce Software,
After 30 years of 24/7 service as a residential
Realtor, I often think I have seen it all. Everyday something
new comes along, however, and proves me wrong. My ProForce
software program is one of those and gave me a true "WOW!"
experience. It's an incredible tool that will pay for itself
many times over.
I think back to those times when I desperately
needed a professionally prepared report on a given subject,
a template for some activity, special clip art or study. I
would have paid whatever was asked at the time because it
would make or salvage a transaction. This library, however,
has it all and more. I enjoy just surfing it!
But here's the second "WOW!" I called
Support for some assistance (the day before New Year's Eve)
and got a live voice...and a knowledgeable technician...who
was patient and spent an hour helping me install free plug-in
accessories, and also grasp the concept.

Dear ProForce Customer Service,
Digital Office 5.0 is by far, the best software program I
have purchased for my real estate business in the 20+ years
I have been involved in the industry!
I now know, that with Internet access
to regional multiple listing service and this product, you
can successfully run your entire business from a home office.
In fact, with my program loaded into my network computer and
my laptop I can do business anywhere, anytime.
I am a not a computer whiz; in fact I
am a novice with no desire to learn more than I have to and
little patience with the whole techno-craze. I have found
this so incredibly easy to master (your instructions are great),
that other agents and clients are constantly referring to
my forms and the ease of producing documents, as if I were
an expert.
I don't know why anyone would do without
the easy access to information, marketing materials, tools,

longer have to keep reams of paper originals to copy, or search

the amount of time that I spend looking for forms and filling

All contracts and forms were created as Adobe
PDF (portable document format) files to retain the integrity
of the original documents. To view or print a PDF file, use
the software application PDF Reader, which is included on
the disk.
Within each contract and form, ProForce has
created fields where users enter information specific to a
contract, like names, addresses, and pricing.
The documents are ready to accommodate digital
signatures when the U.S. Congress approves their use in contracts.
In addition, contracts can be personalized with company logos
or information on the individual agent. The typical real estate
professional probably spends a couple of hundred dollars a
