If you've ever used your computer's explore
option, you know how expandable folders work, but read on
as we explain how to create, customize, and move folders.

OPENING & CLOSING:
To open a particular form, you need to uncompress
the folder.
Clicking the + sign next to each folder instantly
opens the folder, and shows the folders contents.
By clicking on the actual folders sub-form name,
it opens in the form in the viewer for you to work with.
To prevent an unorganized working environment,
you should close each folder as you are done with it. This
can be easily accomplished by clicking the - sign next to
the folder and making it a + sign, the folder will close.
CREATING NEW FOLDERS:
Creating a new folder to store often used forms
makes good sense, and is easy to do. Simply right mouse click
a blank area anywhere in the bookmark (folder) area, and select
"new bookmark". Now give the folder a name, and
you are done. Now simply "drag and drop" any form
to your new folder. You can drag and drop using thumbnails,
or the forms text name line.
CREATING ACTIONS:
Did you know that Bookmarks aren't just limited
to 'Go to View' actions?
Create a Bookmark and Right Mouse Click it's
Icon. Now select 'Properties'. From here you can change the
Bookmarks destination or even it's Action!
For example you could make the Bookmark launch
a Web Site: From the 'Properties' dialog box, select 'World
Wide Web', from the Action 'Type' drop down list box, then
click the 'Edit URL' button.
All you have to do here is enter a valid Internet
Address (like http://www.anywhere.com) and click Ok. Next
click 'Set Action'. When you click the Bookmark you will be
taken to the Internet Address.
The free PDF plug-in will close all the open folders with
a single click. You can download it now by: (clicking
